What is ANHTHE.IO?
ANHTHE.IO is an online ID photo service. We use AI technology to automatically remove backgrounds and create international standard ID photos (ICAO compliant) for passports, visas, driver's licenses, and other official documents.
How does the service work?
Simply upload your photo, select the document type you need, and our AI will automatically process it. You'll receive your ICAO-compliant photo by email right after payment.
What types of ID photos do you support?
We support all common ID photo types including passport photos, visa photos, driver's license photos, national ID cards (CCCD/CMND), health examination photos for driver's license, health examination photos for overseas workers, study abroad application photos, student ID photos, and many other official document photos.
What makes your service different?
You just need to sit at home or office, take out your phone and snap a photo, choose the one you think looks best and upload it. We'll handle the rest and send your photo by email. You don't need to visit a photo studio.
How do I get a passport for children under 14?
Children under 14 can either get their own separate passport or be included in their parent's passport. We recommend getting a separate passport for your child to avoid complications during immigration procedures (e.g., when the child travels abroad with grandparents without parents). A child's separate passport is valid for 5 years. Required documents include: Birth certificate (certified copy), parent's ID card (CCCD), and 01 white background 4x6 photo of the child. Parents can submit the application in person at the Immigration Office of the provincial/city Police or online via the National Public Service Portal (dichvucong.gov.vn). Children under 14 do not need to be present when submitting the application. The fee is 100,000 VND (reduced 50% until Dec 31, 2026 per Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC), and processing takes up to 8 working days.
What photo formats do you accept?
We accept all common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. The file size should be between 100KB and 10MB for optimal processing quality.
What is the minimum photo quality required?
Your photo should be at least 768x1024 pixels with good lighting and no shadows on the face. The face should be clearly visible and in focus. Photos taken with modern smartphones typically meet these requirements.
Can I use a selfie?
Yes, you can use a high-quality photo taken with a smartphone. However, for the best results, use your phone's rear camera, take photos with natural lighting, and ensure there are no shadows on your face.
What background should my original photo have?
Any background works! Our AI technology automatically removes the background and replaces it with the required color (usually white or blue) for your specific document type. You can even take photos at home against a colorful wall or with nature scenery.
What clothing should I wear in the photo?
Wear dark-colored clothing with a collar for best results. Avoid white or very light colors that may blend with the background. Remove hats, sunglasses, and headphones. Religious head coverings are acceptable if they don't obscure the face.
How do I take an ID photo?
Use your phone's main camera, stand about half a meter away from the person, and hold the phone at eye level to capture the upper half of the body. Avoid standing against the light, and make sure the photo is in focus. The background can be a wall or any other backdrop.
Are your photos ICAO compliant?
Yes, all passport and visa photos are processed according to ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards. This includes exact size specifications, head position, facial coverage, background color, and lighting requirements. Our photos are accepted by embassies and immigration authorities worldwide.
Will my photo be accepted for passport applications?
Yes, our photos meet all Vietnamese passport photo requirements and international ICAO standards. We guarantee acceptance for official applications. If your photo is rejected due to our processing error (not due to issues in your original photo), we'll reprocess it for free.
Do you guarantee photo acceptance by authorities?
We guarantee that our processed photos meet all official technical requirements (size, background, lighting, etc.). However, acceptance also depends on the quality of your original photo. If you provide a clear, well-lit photo following our guidelines, and it's rejected due to our processing, we'll reprocess for free or refund your payment.
How long does photo processing take?
Digital photos are processed very quickly, usually within seconds after payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with the download link immediately after processing is complete.
When will I receive my digital photos?
Immediately after successful payment, you'll be directed to a page with download links. We also send an email with the link to your email address so you can download the photo anytime within 6 months.
What is your pricing?
The price for digital photo files is 50,000 VND.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods supported by the payment gateway including QR code, bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets.
What is your refund policy?
If your photo is rejected by the official authority due to our processing error, we will reprocess it for free or provide a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 10 days with proof of rejection.
How long do you keep my photos?
We retain your photos and personal information for 6 months from the order date. This allows you to redownload photos if needed. After 6 months, all data is permanently and securely deleted from our servers. You can request early deletion by contacting support.
Who has access to my photos?
Only authorized personnel directly involved in processing your order have access to your photos. All staff sign strict confidentiality agreements. We use encrypted storage and secure access controls. Your photos are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, encrypted storage, regular security audits, and strict access controls. Payment information is processed through VNPay's PCI-DSS compliant system and never stored on our servers.
Do you share my information with third parties?
No, we never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share necessary information with payment processors for transaction handling. All partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is automatically deleted after 6 months. For immediate deletion, contact our support team at info@anhthe.io with your order code and data deletion request. We will permanently delete all your data within 7 business days and send confirmation.
I didn't receive the email with my photos. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. Our emails come from info@anhthe.io. If you still can't find it, you can contact us with your order code for immediate assistance.
Can I redownload my photos later?
Yes! Your photos are stored securely for 6 months. You can redownload them anytime using the link in your email. After 6 months, photos are permanently deleted for privacy.
What if my payment failed?
If payment fails, you'll see an error message with details. Common issues include insufficient balance, incorrect card information, or bank restrictions. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. Your order is saved and you can retry payment within 24 hours.
