Step 2: Sign in to the Public Service Portal
- Visit dichvucong.gov.vn
- Sign in using one of the following methods:
- VNeID: use the VNeID app on your phone to scan a QR code
- Public Service Portal account: CCCD number + password

Step 3: Find the Passport Service
