The health check certificate is a mandatory document in any labor export (XKLĐ) application. Each receiving country may impose its own requirements, but Vietnam uses a unified health check form prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

Authorized Hospitals for Labor Export Health Checks
Not every hospital is authorized to issue a health check certificate for labor export. You must visit a hospital designated by the Ministry of Health:
- Hanoi Medical University Hospital
- Bach Mai Hospital
- E Hospital, Hanoi
- Cho Ray Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City)
- People's Hospital 115 (Ho Chi Minh City)
- And other designated provincial hospitals
What to Prepare Before the Check-up
Bring your CCCD/CMND ID card, 2–4 photos at 4x6 cm, and skip breakfast if blood tests are required. Book in advance to avoid long waits.
